We know from personal experience that running meetings with the same team/group of people can become a nightmare. Finding a regular supply of topics to keep them interested and methods of delivery to keep them entertained is hard work! And if on top of this you have a new product to launch or new idea to introduce then the pressure to deliver can be twice as heavy. It's crucial to keep the content, format and delivery of a meeting fresh and interesting otherwise your team may not hear your message clearly - just because it's coming from the same person every time.

High10 Coaching

In its most simple format, coaching is about people setting personal goals and developing action plans to achieve them. Goals can be small and finite or they can be big and complicated but they must be achievable (even though the achievement date may sometimes be some months or even years ahead) and the action plans must be realistic. The role of the coach is to use powerful questioning and active listening to help the client define their goals and to help them develop a series of action plans which they are committed to following. The coach then supports them unconditionally in their journey towards their chosen goal. Unlike friends and family, coaches have no pre-conceived ideas about the abilities or limitations of a client and are therefore totally non-judgemental about both the client and the goal. However, a coach soon knows whether a client is committed or not through observing how successful they are in carrying out their defined action plans.
